CONNECTICUT WIC
The Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children, better known as the WIC Program, plays a vital role in promoting health and wellness for families across the country.
Brighid, as part of the team at Decker, was thrilled to take on the challenge of developing a brand campaign that would reach a wider audience and drive greater awareness of the program’s benefits.
Through the development of the “WIC IS MORE” campaign umbrella, we created a messaging platform that resonated with audiences and highlighted the many ways in which the WIC Program enriches the lives of those it serves.
As Art Director, Brighid led the charge on the campaign’s art direction, working closely with her team to develop eye-catching print and digital assets that brought the messaging to life.
The “WIC IS MORE” campaign received the AdClub CT Bronze Award for Best Integrated Consumer Campaign in 2022.
CT WIC was so pleased with the results of the campaign in 2022 that they opted to expand the campaign in 2023 and 2024 with additional video, social, and digital assets. Concepts included “What more sounds like” and “Fueling Imagination.”
Since 2022, this campaign has generated over 61.5 million impressions online and directly resulted in over 9,000 applications to the WIC program.
