In collaboration with ConnectiCare, as an art director for their Agency of Record, Brighid oversaw the management of design and marketing needs. Notably, ConnectiCare distinguishes itself through brick-and-mortar, in-person customer service locations, facilitating face-to-face interactions with expert professionals.

Services extend across various channels, encompassing direct mailers, email marketing, television shoots, and radio ads. The annual enrollment and re-enrollment periods are focal points, prompting the creation of multiple versions of assets tailored for specific audiences, such as prospective members, existing members, and newly eligible individuals.
